プリミティーヴォから造られたトラマーリ。エレガントで飲み心地の良いロゼワインです。 サレントの2つの海に囲まれた、この地の夏の光と風を受けたブドウから生まれます。

Cantine San Marzano ヴィンテージごとの賞と認証
ブドウ品種（単数）: プリミティーヴォ。
エリア: プーリア州サレントのサン・マルツァーノ、海抜約 100 m 。
土壌: 中程度の粘土質で、あまり深くなく、石灰を多く含む 。
栽培: Spalliera (1ヘクタールあたり4,500本)。
収穫: 9月の1週目。
ワイン製造: 数時間のマセレーション後にプリミティーヴォのブドウのモストを一部取り出し、その後発酵させます。
ワイン熟成: ステンレスタンク。
官能特性: 柔らかなばら色。サクランボやラズベリーを感じられる地中海の力強く、長く残る香り。バランスのとれた味わいの、さわやかでエレガントなワイン。
ペアリング: イタリア風前菜、魚介のスープやブロデット、魚の紙包み焼きやオーブン焼き、フレッシュチーズや若干熟成したチーズ。
飲用温度: 14 °C。
